Hello! And welcome to The Hidden Studio!

I am so excited to share with you what we are all about. We are now located at 58 East Broadway in Derry within the historic Masonic Temple.

Everything in our space is specially chosen and supports the healing and growth process.

The massage table waits for you. Wrapped and draped in soft Egyptian cotton and warm sheepskin. A copper pyramid is centered beneath the table to amplify the
exchange of energy. Candles flicker and the sound of a waterfall soothes the soul. Enjoy a reiki session or chakra balancing session.

Crystal Chakra Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drums, and a Shamanic Flute are on-site for sound healing and help with meditation.

There is always room for mats to be rolled out for private yoga therapy. Or, come see us for couples’ yoga therapy.

If you want to connect with loved ones that have passed, we can do that for you.

You can also receive a card reading. Cat uses her favorite shamanic medicine deck.

If you are looking to work with someone to coach, motivate, and hold you accountable for your goals whether they be health, professional, or lifestyle, Cat is
here to support you in your journey.

We offer monthly workshops such as Full Moon Rituals, Women’s Drum Circle, and Manifestation Circles, and welcome your suggestions for anything else related to well-being.
